We’re excited to share one of the biggest releases in the ai12z platform to date.
With this release, you can now create digital assistants (also known as “AI agents”) entirely through vibe coding. Previously, teams could launch a Q&A bot and then take additional time to integrate it with back-end systems. Now, through vibe coding and a WYSIWYG environment, you can design more advanced search and chatbot experiences, which include multi-panel layouts, calls-to-action, forms, third-party integrations, and branded UI components.
This makes it easy for marketers, designers, and non-technical teams to build and deploy digital assistants without writing code.
The assistant experience now transforms based on what users ask, helping visitors get answers and take the next step.
Landing pages become adaptive experiences, with banners, calls-to-action, and even page content changing in response to the conversation.
Below, we’ll walk through what’s new, with a few short demo videos along the way.
Vibe coding: design experiences with natural language
Vibe coding lets you configure your digital assistant using natural language instead of code.
Through a new side panel, you can describe the experience you want and see the digital assistant update. This includes:
- Multi-panel welcome messages
- Call-to-action buttons
- Forms
- HTML templates
- Carousels
- Branding updates (colors, logos, layout)
- Integrations with third-party systems (for example, pulling live mortgage rates for a chatbot on a financial website)
All of this happens inside a WYSIWYG environment, so you can see the changes, without any developer being involved or having to write any code.

Automatically generate digital assistant experiences
One of the hardest parts of launching a digital assistant is deciding what that first screen should look like. Now, once you click Create Agent and enter your company’s URL, ai12z automatically generates multi-panel welcome messages that reflect your visual identity - sometimes within minutes, and other times within hours, depending on the size of your website.
By analyzing your site, ai12z identifies key content and primary calls-to-action, then builds a welcome experience that guides visitors right away. That experience can also adapt dynamically based on where the visitor is: a welcome message and panel on the homepage may be different from what’s displayed in the assistant when someone is in the support center, or on a product or pricing page.

Personalization that transforms the website experience
Every visitor arrives on your website with a different goal in mind, and demographics alone don’t tell the full story.
The digital assistant understands what a visitor is trying to accomplish based on what they ask and shapes both the response and the surrounding experience. It can:
- Automatically direct visitors to the most relevant landing page based on what they’re asking
- Change panels within the assistant itself (panels are modular sections within your digital assistant that present structured content, actions, and navigation)
- Update banners, content, and calls-to-action dynamically on a page

We call these “directives.” Directives act as instructions for the digital assistant, enabling everything from URL changes and panel updates to micro-changes on the page, such as swapping banners or CTAs.

Dynamic updates within a landing page, such as swapping banners or calls to action, are currently supported through our Magnolia CMS integration, the first CMS vendor we’ve enabled for this level of experience.
Web controls across search and chat
You can now deploy multiple search and chat experiences, including:
- A conversational assistant in the corner of your website
- A full-page search experience
- A search bar with an AI overview answer and traditional search results displayed below
- A hybrid search and chat experience with a panel showing categorized links
Deliver fast answers through caching
Experience matters, and performance is part of that experience.
ai12z now includes an intelligent caching strategy that will help deliver responses in milliseconds. Frequently asked questions are automatically cached, dramatically reducing response time and eliminating unnecessary calls to large language models.
New pricing packages
Based on customer feedback, we’ve introduced new pricing packages that move away from consumption-based models.
These packages are annual subscriptions to the ai12z platform. Enterprise packages include features such as persona intent, SSO, advanced branding, eCommerce integrations, and more. Contact us to discuss what best fits your needs.
